Shipping Information

The shipment of the order is paid by the recipient.

The shipping price during the processing of the order is indicative and varies according to the place of destination and the weight of the box. The exact price will be communicated at the same time as the order is approved.

Once the order have been approved by MYOMYA S.R.L, it must be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery within a week, in order to forward the shipment as quickly and accurately as possible. Customers are advised that it is imperative to indicate a telephone number to which they can contact in case of delivery problems.

Payment by credit card and bank transfer does not include any additional cost. Cash on delivery is only possible for Italy, providing for payment in cash and a contribution of 1% of the value of the invoice that the courier requires for the service and which will be counted in addition to the costs indicated in the order.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CEST) will be shipped the same day. During the sale period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with Bartolini in Italy and UPS for global shipping and requires a signature upon delivery. They both usually operate between 9am—6pm on business days. All orders are fully traceable through UPS.com and BRT.it
